The Bashers, fresh off their victory in the Spring, have decided to take it to the next level. Literally. The Bashers announced Thursday that they will be playing in the Wednesday night "C" league this season.
This will mean not only a better level of competition for the champions, but also better fields. All games will take place at Virginia Highlands, Jenny Dean and Gunston.
The new season begins August 23rd at 6:30pm as the Bashers take on Mendoza Line at Gunston Field. To locate the field click here. There is parking available along 28th Street South, and also off of South Lang Street in the main parking lot for the complex. The softball field is actually where 28th Street South meets South Meade Street.
